Hi!
I'm Saya, I'm the creator of these fine pieces of art.
My primary focus right now is painting then in order it's ceramics, drawing then sculpture.
I have been an artist for as long as I can remember, I didn't start seeing it as a possible career until a couple years ago, and now I have plans to work in the restoration field, or maybe teaching!
As an artist with a physical disability, if I pursue teaching, my primary focus will be to teach people with disabilities so that I can help open up that new world for them and help them come up with solutions so that they can practice on their own in a way that works for them.
I believe I will be graduating from UC's DAAP in 2025 where I will most likely go on to go to graduate school so I can study restoration.
I tend to create more architectural work and I am a big fan of functional work/interactive art. I love the idea of people being able to interact with art and having fun with it because interacting with art is usually frowned upon.
I like creepy crawly things as well so I can be a little dark with my art but I also enjoy my pieces being aesthetic and cohesive.
Thank you for visiting my page!
I post more of my work on my Instagram as well as work in progresses and also smaller art pieces that were less planned out.
